Delivery. ‘Ready to ship’ items on the webshop are dispatched within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched after the advertised lead time. If you are outside of the UK and would like to make a purchase, please get in touch.

Returns — ready-to-ship pieces. To return an item purchased online, email hello@bryonywong.com within 14 days of receiving the goods to arrange the return. Once approved, post the goods within 14 days. Items must be brand new, unworn and in their original packaging, and sent via a signed-for, recorded service at your own cost. We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival or damage of returned goods.

Bespoke pieces. Bespoke, altered or personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there is an issue, please let us know and Bryony will endeavour to help.

• Remove jewellery whilst handling heavy equipment, exercising, in water and sleeping.
• Keep jewellery away from chemicals such as bleach.
• Put on perfume and skincare before, not after, putting jewellery on.
• Store jewellery in an airtight box or bag.
• Clean with warm, dish-soapy water and a soft toothbrush.
