Remove jewellery whilst handling heavy equipment, exercising, in water and sleeping

Keep jewellery away from chemicals e.g. bleach

Put on perfume and skincare before, not after, putting jewellery on

Store jewellery in an airtight box or bag

Clean with warm dish-soapy water and soft toothbrush
